At G-Merchant, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably using Standard UK delivery services only. This policy explains how our shipping process works.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using Standard Delivery via trusted courier services.

We do not currently offer:

  • Express delivery
  • Next-day delivery
  • International shipping

Delivery services may vary depending on the supplier and courier used.


3. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within:

  • 1–3 working days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: processing time is separate from delivery time.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, Standard Delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High-demand periods (e.g. holidays, sales)

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed:

  • At checkout before payment
  • Included in the product price where stated

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.


6. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Not all deliveries may include tracking, depending on the courier service used.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Lost parcels
  • Additional delivery charges

caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may attempt re-delivery, or
  • Leave instructions for collection or rescheduling

Failure to respond to courier instructions may result in the parcel being returned to the sender.

Additional charges may apply for resending returned items.


9. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

We will investigate with the courier and keep you informed of the next steps.


10. Split Deliveries

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to supplier or stock availability.
You will not be charged extra for split deliveries.
